Coaching is a conversation which occurs in a powerful relationship between a coach and a client, though a particular kind of relationship.
People come to coaching because they want things to be different. They are looking for change or they have important goals to reach.
People come to coaching for lots of individual reasons. They are motivated to achieve specific goals:
- To write a book
- To start a business
- To change a career
- To get married
- To have a healthier body
Sometimes people want more from life—more peace of mind, more simplicity, more joy.
Sometimes they want less—less confusion, less stress, less financial pressure.
In our coaching services, we emphasize the peer relationship that coach and client have equal, though different, roles. They are coactive in the relationship, so they are co-creators, collaborators, in a way.
The cornerstones of co-active coaching:
• Clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole
• The agenda comes from the client
• Coaches dance in the moment
• Coaching can address any area of the client’s life; clients are empowered to choose
We have a three months package for new clients during which you meet with your coach or talk to him on the phone once a week, plus you have unlimited support by email or voicemail. The package starts with a 2-3 hours discovery session.
